Also known as 'Mealie Meal' (ground corn) this is what most Swazi families eat everyday. It can be made into a porridge and combined with beans and vegetables to make a satisfying meal.

Prices shown are based on the actual cost of the food product in Swaziland dollars and adjusted slightly to account for the cost of fuel necessary to deliver the items.

We offer three different package sizes - 5kg, 10kg and 25kg - feel free to choose your level of support.
